CAF is a high quality custom manufacturer of aluminum castings. We produce custom castings of all shapes and sizes, including oversize castings, prototype castings, cast-in tubing, model to cast production castings, mold casting and many more.

We use only the best aluminum and thoroughly test every heat to assure a top quality casting. A few of the products we provide include large castings in dimensions of 180” x 180” to 36” x 360” long, small castings, prototype castings, production castings and casting for plastic molds. Castings are available in weights ranging from a few ounces to 7000 Pounds, including the largest casting in Canada. Castings are produced in the green sand and air set processes.
We SPECIALIZE in castings for the mold industries (roto, vac, blow and compression). Cast-in stainless steel tubing is available in diameters ranging from ¼ in. to 1 in. Recently added in- house capabilities include Solidification Modeling and a CNC equipped pattern shop. Available post processing includes, heat treating, machining and painting. Inspection capabilities include, chemical (spectrometer analysis), mechanical (tensile, elongation, hardness) RT (x-ray analysis), PT (liquid penetrant inspection) and pressure testing,. Markets served include electrical, pump, pulp & paper, locomotive, military, architectural, and tooling.
