From complete design and engineering services of individual components, sub and full assemblies to finish products CTL is committed to provide comprehensive and complete solution. We have a brand new laser and Brake Press from Amada. Our laser machine is equipped with new technology, 4kw and is first installed in Canada. Our laser bed is 5’ X 10’. We can cut up to 1” thick mild steel, 1/2” thick Stainless steel and 5/16” thick Aluminum. Our brake press capacity is 150 tons, 120” long bed and is 8 axes. It is equipped with DIGI Pro, which is digital angle control and angle measuring system. We work with as low as 0.003” tolerance.
