We are pleased to announce that we are evolving our brand. We have rebranded our company name to Cantel. The company formerly known as Mar Cor Purification will be identified as the Life Sciences Division of Cantel.
Through the years, we have diversified our business and our solutions, and the new name better reflects the customers we serve. It was important that our new identity encompass the foundation of our business, while simultaneously moving us forward to acknowledge the maturity we have undergone and growth we look to achieve. The cornerstone of our branding continues to be our commitment to providing you with life-sustaining filtration, purification and disinfection technologies and services.
It is important to note that at this time the name change will have no impact on the Mar Cor Purification legal entity as it relates to customer agreements, invoicing, quality documentation or regulatory bodies. There are no immediate plans to change our current legal entity on the aforementioned materials.
As part of this transformation, we are updating the look of our brand. We believe the new design better matches our company today and for the future. In the coming weeks, we will begin to introduce a new logo and fresh new look in our communications with you. Here’s a look at our new logo:
This rebranding will not affect or delay any current or future orders of Mar Cor products or scheduled services. Over the course of the next year, you’ll notice the new logo and branding on our collateral, uniforms, machines and products, website, business cards, etc. We realize that changing a logo is a process that involves many steps and takes some time, so we are finalizing it gradually.
