Our full industrial audit service provides a means for industry to become greener and more sustainable while greatly improving the bottom line. Mechanical Insulation Energy Audits, Asbestos Surveys, Corrosion Under Insulation Audits, Fireproofing Audits and Heat Tracing Audits are conducted. Results are incorporated in to IMAP's fully integrated software program.
Mechanical insulation energy audits identify where energy conservation can be achieved and green house gas emissions reduced. Audit results are incorporated into IMAP software where estimated cost-of-repair and payback periods are identified and prioritized for easy assessment. These results help managers schedule work for both short and long-term planning. Immediate payback is achieved through significant energy savings and direct rebates on material and energy audit costs.
Asbestos Audits are conducted in compliance with Ontario's O'Reg 278/05 and other Provincial and Territorial legislated requirements. Facility health and safety targets are greatly improved by eliminating accidental exposure to asbestos. IMAP State of the Art software is used to map, log, track and record asbestos containing materials on equipment, piping, in buildings and structures. Lab results, plant P&ID drawings, plot plans and audit results are integrated for easy report generation and quick reference for field workers.
