Contract blending, filling, packaging, assembly, distribution & warehousing services. We have blending tanks with the capacity to mix high to low viscosity liquids. Our blending batch size ranges from 50 to 7,000 gallons. Filling capabilities includes includes 250ml, 500ml, 1 litre, 1 gallon, 5 gallon pails, drum, totes and bulk. totes , drums adhesives, etc. We have storage capacity and warehousing for storage of raw materials, packaging materials, etc. Red Tree has a full laboratory for assistance with formulating, verification of blends and a range of tests to ensure that the product is blended correctly every time - quality is job one. We have heated tanks and/or the ability to heat drums, settling tanks and finished storage tanks up to 10,000 gallon stainless tanks. We have metering equipment to calculate addition rates in both volume and all tanks are fitted with load cells to add ingredients based on weight. We have high speed shrink tonnels, heat sealing and cartoning capabiliteies, box sealers, etc. Our packaging line includes a 10 head filler, automatic capper, inkjet for adding codes, dates, batch numbers to packaging, heat sealing, labeling machines, and box taping. Warehousing & distribution capabilities include inventory management, pick & pack, case picking, repackaging & palletizing - with pallet wrapping.
