Our levels of precision are above industry standards because we operate today’s leading edge Trumpf L3030 4000 watt CO2/NO laser cutting system that is capable of cutting .750” Mild Steel, .500” Stainless Steel, and .375” of Aluminum with a range of .004” to .0012” repeatability.
We guarantee a clean cut and minimal levels of slag.
We promise to keep your fine materials clean and clear, as no physical contact with the processed material takes place. Standard working area is 120” by 60” however, can expand up to 140” to 60” for special applications.
Sheet Metal Bending (Press Brake)
Our expert production staff are dedicated and committed to producing quality results with the help of our state-of-the-art Accupress Edge CNC press brake system. We guarantee that our system has the ability to repeat in tight tolerances.
Sheet Metal Rolling
LaserNett’s capabilities includes sheet metal rolling from 2” diameter, up to 80” wide and up to 0.25” thick.
Tube Bending
Our mandrel tube bending process uses a precision mandrel that draws the tubing over the bend die. This process provides a smooth, aesthetically pleasing appearance, while maintaining the full and smooth diameter of the tube throughout the bend area.
Welding
LaserNett's welding services are second to none. Our state-of-the-art facilities include robotic welding for mass scale projects as well as MIG, TIG and Spot welding where one of our fine craftsman can weld together the perfect piece with impeccable attention to detail.
