TONS OF EXPERIENCE: Serving the aluminum, zinc and magnesium die casting industry from start-up of new facilities and installation of all machines and equipment/robotics (ABB, Rimrock, Advanced) to producing a casting from raw material to a finished product (chrome plate, paint, clear coating, powder coat, anodizing, sanding, vibratory finish) and machining operations along with extensive tooling maintenance and process control capabilities. Operation, set-up and troubleshooting on a variety of machine makes, models and tonnage including, Techmire, Quantum, B & T, UBE, Lester and Buhler-Prince just to name a few.
