Ktech provides specialty CNC machining services for a variety of industries such as high-tech, electronics, oil and gas, and the performance automotive industry. Capacity for both prototype and production work is available. Ktech strives for high quality and short lead times, it is our priority to offer 2-3 week lead times and we are Just-In-Time capable. At Ktech one of our specialties is cnc machining parts from specialty platics such as many different grades of PEEK, Ultem, Delrin and Nylon. Lowering End Cost: Maintaining tolerances is a top priority on all parts produced, but working together with our customers to determine the critical tolerances before production is key to end cost reduction and customer satisfaction. Quality Assurance: The ability to deliver precision machined parts demands an integrated quality control system. Each stage of manufacturing is controlled by a standard flow of information. From material receiving, to in-process inspection, to a final detailed inspection report, our quality system ensures your parts meet or exceed your requirements. Quality control procedures include an in-process inspection report, a detailed final inspection report, material tracking, certification of materials, and certification of conformance based on MIL standard sampling plans.
