Custom vibratory deburring, tumbling, burnishing, shot and grit tumbling/blasting, vapour degreasing and derusting, washing & rust inhibiting, sorting and gauging, pre-plate finishing., vibratory finishing equipment and supplies. Vibratory finishing from 1 CUI for very small parts to 70 CUI for very large parts. Wheelabrating service includes rust removal, cleaning, deburring, deflashing of die cast parts, and surface prep. Ability to clean parts 2'wide by 10" long. We also offer vibratory finishing equipment & supplies, including glass beads, aluminum oxide grains, and steel shot and grit, as well as a variety of finishing media and water based and synthetic rust inhibiting compounds.
